Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Pre Orders: 
    • Plants are delivered 1-2 days before the show opening 
    • Florals are delivered the morning of the show opening 
  • New Orders: 
    • Enter the show code in all lowercase letters, no spaces 
    • Call the onsite contact to visit your booth or adjust your order 
  • Plant Orders: 
    • Orders placed after the pre-order deadline may use plant substitutions of equal value and style based on availability.  
    • Orders placed within 24 hours of the show opening will be fulfilled as quickly as possible but may not be delivered until the morning of the show opening. 
  • Floral Orders: 
    • Orders placed after the advanced order deadline may use floral substitutions of equal value and style based on availability, including preferred colors and specific varieties.  
    • Floral orders placed within 24 hours of the show opening will be fulfilled as quickly as possible but may not be delivered by the show opening time. Please allow half a day to process, create, and deliver the order to your booth.
